Rod was also promoting Body Wishes his 12th studio album. Released on Warner Bros. Records the tracks were recorded and mixed at The Record Plant, Los Angeles. It produced three singles, “Baby Jane”, “What Am I Gonna Do (I’m So I’m So in Love with You)”, and “Sweet Surrender”.
During the interview Rod talks about his love of family, playing soccer three times a week and musical collaborations with Elton John severing links with his former manager Billy Gaff and playing to British audiences
